Parrots are one of the most interesting and hilarious species you can keep as a pet. They are remarkable imitators and teaching them new words is always a fun pastime. In the following video, you will get to meet Cameron the Quaker parrot. Cameron was found outdoors in Minnesota with only one part of his upper beak. Luckily he was adopted by Elizabeth into her loving home, and he looks like really loves it there!
Andrew Brandt, a friend of Elizabeth’s, uploaded this video to show us just how adorable this little guy is. According to Andrew, Cameron started to laugh when he heard him and Elizabeth laugh. This made it harder for them to stop in return. His laughter sounds a bit like an evil movie villain, doesn’t it? This is the type of laugh that cracks you up even when you don’t want to!
There are several reasons why this parrot could not survive on his own. It’s a good thing some kind person found him and took him in. With half of his upper beak missing, he would have difficulty feeding himself in the wild, and no doubt his wings have been clipped, making him easy prey for predators.
But just look at him now! He’s happy and healthy and sure knows how to laugh! He’s a beautiful little bird and apparently very talented at imitating his new owners who are laughing right along with him.
