Libby and Zach live on a 200-acre property in Arkansas with no neighbors. One day, when Zach walked towards his home, he saw something on the porch. The poor guy got scared and thought the animal was a bear.
However, when he walked closer, he found that the animal was a dog wagging his tail. Zach could tell that the dog was sick. So he texted his wife and said to her that a giant dog was on her mother's porch.
The couple did not know what to do. The only thing the couple knew was either to take the dog in, or the dog would die wandering around. So, they decided to give the dog a bath. The poor soul was dehydrated and was kind of disoriented.
The dog also had mobility issues. So Libby and Zach took him to the vet. They thought he was a senior dog, but they soon found out he was probably 8-years-old. So they decided to name him Turbo.
Soon, Libby's mom put Turbo's snap on a social media platform. She wanted to try and find out if the owner lived somewhere nearby. But unfortunately, even the vet had never met the dog before.
So, Libby and Zach were sure that Turbo was their dog now and that the dog had found a new family. Soon the sick dog started to get better. But, it took 10 days of medical routine for Zach to get Turbo better.
After getting better, Turbo was able to run like the couple's other dog, Ava. Turbo could follow her and be able to keep up with his sibling. However, when they had first met, it was not love at first sight for both of them.
