Hope For Paws. Need I give an introduction to this amazing organization? Those of you who know about it, high-five! And for those of you who don’t, Hope For Paws is a non-profit animal rescue organization that has been working for the benefit and rescue of animals suffering on the streets and in shelters. They have completed an amazing number of rescues till now.
And they have done it again this time! They received a call about a dog that had been abandoned by his family. When their home burned down, the family moved away and left this poor dog behind. Weeks passed but they never returned back for Popeye. And the cute guy is so friendly, it breaks your heart! How can someone leave one of their own behind?
When Eldad reached the home, all he had to do was whistle and Popeye came running. He came right to him and was ready to play and have a cheeseburger. It looks like someone had been feeding him and giving him water, and he was healthy. Eldad easily got the leash on him.
This dog is so happy and friendly and he’s in a loving foster home, waiting to find his forever home. He also seems to like cats and seemed quite curious about one at the center in a carrier. His tail wags a lot and he is quite the camera hog! He sure loves the attention!
