Devoted swan parents have a ‘daycation’ with their 10 baby swans in tow

The sun shines down on a family of Mute Swans. Two swan parents lead their 10 young swans, also known as cygnets. They are currently floating on the water.

One swan leads the groups while the other swan is at the back, ensuring no one gets left behind. At all times, the cygnets stay in between their swan parents.

They exit the water by walking across a small wooden bridge that connects the water to a patch of grass. The cygnets walk single file with one swan leading the way.

In the water, the other swan waits to make sure everyone gets out. Once the cygnets cross the small bridge, the swan jumps onto the grass instead of walking on the bridge.

The family walks a bit further, and they find themselves in an area populated by people. Thankfully none of the people disturb them. The swan family takes the time to dry themselves.

It is a windy day which helps dry their feathers quicker. After some time, they cross the sidewalks and busy streets that have cars passing by.

They make it to a grassy area, and all the cygnets are accounted for. Following their parents, the cygnets jump down into another source of water and float across it.
