A group of seven people lined themselves up before the judges of America’s Got Talent. They all wore bright colors with wonderfully playful patterns that were reminiscent of the 70s.
The judges complimented them on their wardrobes and said they all looked fantastic. They introduced themselves as The Curtis Family C-Notes from San Francisco, which makes it clear that they are a family and a band.
Simon asks to know something interesting about the kids, so their mother tells them about Phoenix who loves the universe so she named her instrument Neptune, and she named Zahara’s guitar Raya, one of Saturn’s moons.
She then hands the mic off to one of the girls, Kiki, who has a question for Simon. Kiki says that her guitar doesn’t have a name yet so she asks him if he could name it for her.

After giving it some thought he tells her she should name it Moon. Then they take their places by their instruments to start their performance. The song they covered is “I Was Made to Love Her.”
As soon as they start playing the place is electrified by the upbeat tune. Their singing is awesome and effortless, especially the mama’s. They have two guitars, two keyboards, one drumset, one bass, and one pair of congas.
Their performance is lively and nearly impossible to not move or sway to. The immensely talented family works together to create an atmosphere of fun and excitement. They receive a well-deserved standing ovation after their performance.
