Property Brothers Johnathan and Drew help introduce a family’s new rescue puppy during an episode of Forever Home on HGTV. David found the puppy, just days old, abandoned in a box with four other siblings at a rescue clinic in Texas. They already have one rescue dog named Noosa. Drew mentions tearing up while introducing the new puppy to the family, knowing how they found him and that it now had a better chance at life.
During the Property Brothers episode, they were sure to remodel the home with durable items such as non-scratch hard flooring, washable rugs, and a durable couch. They also built a special nook under the stairs for the two rescued dogs so they could have a nice quiet area for themselves.
Johnathan and Drew mention the importance of durable hard flooring that can handle puppy or kitty claws and durable rugs or couches. This way things will look nice and last longer while enjoying time with your new fur baby.
Lucca participated in Puppy Bowl 16 where they told the story about her background and how important it is to rescue animals. Johnathan even showed a picture of him and his two rescues, Gracie and Stewie.
