When he was walking near a road just outside of town, a Romanian local heard someone crying in the bushes. It sounded like baby animals so he called up an organization called Howl Of A Dog. When the rescue team arrived, they were expecting to see some wild animal or stray dog or cat around the area. But what they were seeing was one of the worst cases of animal cruelty they had ever dealt with.
A litter of puppies were left for dead after being thrown away like trash in a bag. It was a rainy and chilly autumn morning and their bodies were cold. That it was a miracle that they had even survived. The newborn pups still had their umbilical cords attached to them. The rescue team checked around the area carefully to make sure there were no other puppies left. Unfortunately, after they were taken to the center, four of the rescued puppies died. However, the remaining three made a wonderful recovery and are five months old now.
