This clip shows a great example of 'The Carol Burnett Show,' and their unique comedy as Tim Conway and Harvey Korman act in 'The Oldest Man' sketch.

This time, 'The Oldest Man,' played by Conway, is the only member left of the pit crew at a car race. The announcer opens the broadcast, letting the audience know that 'Speed Schneider,' played by Korman, is ahead by multiple laps. He has one last pit stop before claiming the victory.
Korman pulls his car into the pit, and there's Conway, staring blankly ahead, sitting on a barrel. He notices the car and climbs off the barrel like a slow-motion monkey with his legs dangling in the air!

Conway moves ever-so-slowly toward Korman's car while Harvey hides his face because he breaks character and cracks up. Conway starts slowly cleaning the windshield by blowing on it and wiping it down using his fantastic physical comedy skills.
Harvey Korman yells, 'Where's the rest of the pit crew?' Conway tells him that the pit crew left to head to the winner's circle. Conway begins to leave too, and Korman asks him where he's going. Conway says he's going to get the rest of the guys!

Korman tells him to forget it and implores him to just give him some oil so he can get going. The announcer tells the crowd that Korman's car is now only 3 laps ahead. Finally, after spilling the oil all over the floor and slipping onto Korman's car, Conway does a slow-motion flip across the hood, windshield, passenger seat and lands on the trunk.
The announcer says that Korman's car has lost the race. He yells at Conway, 'Now look what happened, I lost the race!' Conway replies, 'That's the trouble. You spent too much time in the pit!' The audience cracks up as this classic comedy duo works their magic in this hysterical skit.
