Tiny Premature Kitten Tells Foster Mom When Zoom Call Is Over

A tiny, sleeping baby squirrel with yellow and black fur rests on a person's hand, near a computer mouse.

Dannielle had been fostering kittens for a long time, but she had never seen a tiny kitten like Venus. When the rescuer found Venus, she was small, fragile, and pretty sick.

The premature kitten was actually smaller than Dannielle's computer mouse at work. From the very beginning, Venus was a super-loving kitten. Venus started to purr when she was just 4-days-old.

As a foster parent, Dannielle felt very satisfied after she helped the little kitten get better. At her new home, the adorable kitten felt happy and loved. However, it took Dannielle 9 weeks to get Venus to reach a weight of 1 pound.

Venus went to work every day with her foster mom. She definitely acted like a "Chatty Cathy" with her foster mom. She would roam around the desk and would always keep on meowing.

It was very typical for Dannielle to bring her foster kittens to work when they were really young, as they had to be bottle-fed. However, the little kitty had an adorable attitude and talked back the most at work.

Dannielle thought Venus was tired of hearing her foster mom's voice all day and wanted her opinion to be heard. So she meowed whenever it was time to go home and reminded her mom about it.

The foster mom thought little Venus was telling her that she had enough zoom calls for the day and should be going home. However, Dannielle felt wonderful as her foster kitten was coming out of her shell and gaining weight. Venus was now thriving and was ready to be adopted.
