In 1985, the two biggest comedians visited ‘The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson.’ Johnny introduces Dan Aykroyd and Chevy Chase, and they walk out with their arms around each other.

As soon as they get to the chair near Johnny, trouble arises. They start to fight over who gets to sit next to Johnny. Eventually, Chevy wins and sits proudly.
Johnny says, “It’s always nice to see in this cut-throat business called show business, there’s no real competition. Just you get to sit in the seat.” They both argue for a bit about who’s the bigger star and make jokes about whose name is first on the poster for their new movie.

Chevy talks about how their lawyers actually fought for the billing order, and the actors didn’t care. Chevy says, “It was like a divorce.” Johnny chimes in, “Yeah, which I know you’re familiar with.”
Johnny asks if they are really good friends, and Chevy says yes and pats Dan’s back. Chevy says, “Well, he took care of me the whole trip.” The two men had to film in some exotic locations for their movie ‘Spies Like Us.’

Chevy says, “We shot in the Fjords of Norway. And up and down at Camel Breath, Morocco, wherever that was in the desert. And he and Donna, his wife, who’s not a very nice-looking gorilla, were like my parents because I didn’t bring my family along.”
They talk about how Dan’s wife is Chevy’s love interest in the movie. They joke that Dan was away on coffee breaks for most of those love scenes. “I’ve kissed Chevy, so I know there’s nothing too exciting,” says Dan.
