Gabriel and Fabio, two Indian ringneck parakeet siblings who seem to love the time they spend together, followed each other about the perimeter of their cage. At the same time, they asked what the other was doing in an adorable squeaky manner.
“What are you doing?” Is the first thing Gabriel asked his older brother, Fabio. But Fabio seems a bit elusive at first. Undeterred, Gabriel returns to his brother and plants a big kiss on his head, and Fabio replies with, “I love you!”
Fabio turns to the camera and asks, “How are you?” He seemed more interested in his mother behind the screen than his brother right now. However, with no reply, Fabio catches some fun by climbing around his cage, kissing, and telling his brother how much he loves him.

The pair are pretty fond of each other, and you can see them bow their heads down and discuss in their own language, wrapped in their little world. Sometimes though, it seems Fabio is warning his little brother.
Gabriel, very much his own parakeet, sometimes just wants to brood on his own. As the younger bird, he can get grumpy, seeking no other attention than from his mother.
On the other hand, Fabio doesn’t seem to mind the bites and snaps from his fitful brother. He stands around his brother, waiting for an opportunity to go in and comfort him.
These parakeets have a strong bond and unique characters. Despite the occasional scuffle, they can share a meal together. And they do so in the kitchen, munching on pomegranates, peas, and greens.
