Whether you have been watching for years or just started watching, most will agree there is no better sport to watch than ice skating. And this junior free dance featuring Layla Veillon and Alexander Brandys is no exception.

Most people would struggle to stay on their feet if they took to the ice, but these two performers made it look easy. And the crazy thing is both of them were only 16 years old!

Despite how young they are, Veillon and Brandys have danced with each other for a long time. They were each others’ first partners and have danced together for seven years.

The chemistry between these two well-trained performers showed when they took the ice in this practice session. As soon as their song, “You Will Be Found,” started playing, they were in character.

Where two young athletes had stood, a pair of experienced competitors stood in their place. They took off across the ice, gliding the same way a fish darts through the water.

It was as if Layla Veillon and Alexander Brandys belonged on the ice. But they were not only skilled individually. They also complemented each other perfectly. Every sway and turn and dip they performed was in unison.

The way the two ice skaters moved was pure art, a physical embodiment of the way their song rose and fell. Whether you are already an ice skating aficionado or not, you will not want to miss this performance.
