Dolphin Meets Dog And It’s Love At First Sight
Everyone knows that dolphins are extremely intelligent, curious, and playful. They are some of the most intelligent, trainable creatures in the animal kingdom. Some dolphins are even smart enough to recognize some basic numbers.
Dolphins can be quite affectionate, even with strangers. It’s very common to hear of stories of dolphins that swim up to boaters and ask for a little pat on the head or a treat.
In this video, two dogs join their owners on a boat trip. One of the dogs is a bit more curious than the other and has its paws up on the side of the boat, looking over the side. There must be so many exciting things swimming by under the clear water surrounding the boat.
A few dolphins approach the boat, and the dogs aren’t quite sure what to think about these extremely large fish. Curious, the one dog leans over the boat a bit more to get a better look at the creatures.
Suddenly, one of the dolphins jumps up out of the water at the dog. It happened so quickly that the dog didn’t have time to even react. Don’t worry, though, the dolphin didn’t attack the dog.
In fact, the dolphin jumped up out of the water to give the dog a kiss – right on the mouth. Like anyone would in a similar situation, the dog seemed a bit confused as to what just happened. It was all so fast, but thankfully the sweet kiss was caught on camera to watch over again.
The dolphin clearly enjoyed the sweet, surprise kiss because it quickly swam off and went leaping in the air. That kiss must have made its day.
