Walt Disney is one of the most iconic figures of the 20th century. He has become a household name around the world, thanks to the legacy he created.
He is probably best known for the children's characters that he made when he pioneered the animation industry. Characters such as Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, and Goofy have been a staple in children's entertainment since the 1920s.
He was also famous for some of the most beloved animated movies in cinema history. The first was 'Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs' in 1937, followed soon after by other classics like Pinnochio, Fantasia, Dumbo, and Bambi.

However, one of the most significant achievements of his life has to be the world-famous amusement park, Disney Land Resort, in Anaheim, California.
Going off of the success of Disney Land, Disney came up with another ambitious project, which he called EPCOT - the Experimental Prototype Community of Tomorrow.

This community was supposed to be a utopian autocratic company town completely controlled by Walt Disney and featuring commercial, residential, industrial, and recreational centers connected by a mass multimodal transportation system.
While this vision never really saw the light of day, Disney's film for it before the project began has been restored and uploaded to Youtube.
