We’d all like to think that if we saw a man in crutches fall to the ground we would help him back to his feet. But would it depend on whether the person was wearing a suit and seemed affluent, or whether the person was homeless and seemed destitute.
The people at Model Pranksters wanted to know if there was a clear answer to this question. So they set up this elaborate scheme to have the same actor fall down from crutches wearing two different sets of clothes. The first was regular going to work clothes. The second some tattered rags that made the actor look the part.
Watching this video I was heartbroken at the heartless actions that many people chose to take. I was so surprised I had believed that there was more goodwill in humans.
