Woman Shows How To Make Bread Pizza At Home. It’s SO Easy For Anyone To Do This.

I’m lucky. I live in an area where there are two pizza places within a 10-minute walk from where I live. Some people aren’t that lucky, though. What are those pizza lovers to do? They might have to order from inferior chains. That’s no good. Instead… they can make their own. Kabita from Kabita’s kitchen shows us how in this really cool video. It made me hungry watching her make this.

The ingredients seem pretty simple – four pieces of white bread, 100 grams of mozzarella cheese, chopped onions, jalapenos, tomatoes, and capsicum. She also says a half-teaspoon each of chili flakes, mixed herbs, and oregano. There’s also a tablespoon of Schezwan chutney, two tablespoons of ketchup, and half a table spoon of salt. Got all that? Now it’s time to make the bread pizza!

Kabita seems to be using a convection oven for this. She preheats it for 15 minutes at 180 degrees. Next, she mixes the tomatoes, capsicum, onions and jalapenos in a bowl and adds the chili flakes, mixed herbs, oregano, and the salt. She mixes it again. Next, she takes another bowl, puts the ketchup on it, then the chutney, and more chili flakes and mixes that. Finally, she puts the bread on the plate, puts the ketchup mix on first, then the other mix and then the mozzarella. The bread is put on a pan covered with aluminum foil and is put in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes. The pizza is ready!

I have to say… the end result looks pretty darn appetizing. I’m not really one for a lot of spices on my pizza, preferring it to be plainer, but I can see a lot of people contentedly chowing down on this. The total cost for all these items is probably about the equivalent of two slices of pizza, so it can save you money in the long run as well. The only problem is… I love pizza so much that I’d make it every day.
