The kitten, later named Basel, was in very rough shape. Only 4 pounds, with tons of dirt and debris, stuck to her fur. As it would turn out, all he needed was a little bit of love to make a complete turnaround.
After a few weeks of special care, medicated baths, regular diet, and some attention, Basel has been completely transformed. He is finally behaving like a typical, happy house cat.
Gaining an additional 10 pounds from eating regularly, Basel has finally become a healthy cat. He demands attention from his new owner with his big soulful eyes.
It’s heartwarming to know that people like this exist in our world. Having the motivation to take a cat in off the side of the highway and nurse it back to life is truly noble.
Basel now gets to live the happy life of a regular house cat. With access to food, attention, toys, and more, you can tell that this cat is truly thankful to have been finally found.
