The beautiful bird in the video is named Miss Iris and she is a 13 year old Hyacinth Macaw. When the weather was really cold out, her owner decided to let her beautiful bird take her daily bath in the kitchen sink itself. She brought the birdie to the basin, but when I saw what Iris did next, my jaw dropped to the ground!
She opens the faucet herself and according to her owner, she never forgets to test the water temperature before lowering her head! And to top it off, Miss Iris is also an expert when it comes to adjusting the faucet until it meets her temperature needs. Her owner changes her settings sometimes, but that doesn’t faze her, she patiently readjusts it again!
