‘Will & Grace’ remains one of the most successful television series with a gay main character. The show centered on the friendship of gay lawyer Will (Eric McCormack) and straight interior designer Grace (Debra Messing).
In this video, the 12 best moments of the show are highlighted. Though Will and Grace were the title characters, Sean Hayes, who played Jack, and Megan Mullally, who played Karen, added most of the show’s comedy.
In the first clip, Jack and Grace discuss a routine Jack attempts to teach Grace. They both agree that the artist they are mimicking is the best artist of their time. The pair launches into the dance of Britney Spear’s “Ooops, I did it again.”
In another clip, Jack and Karen discuss what Jack should buy for someone. Karen reminds him that people only like you if you buy them stuff. Jack tries to refute this idea, but Karen asks why he likes her. The two then plan to hit the sale at Barney’s that weekend.
Later, Jack meets Cher at a restaurant. Instead of fangirling over her, Jack believes Cher to be an impersonator. He tries to one-up her by showing her how the real Cher would do everything. Cher even sings her signature line, “If I could turn back time,” but Jack still tries to outdo her. So, Cher slaps him.
Of course, the belly bump between Jack and Karen makes it on the list. Jack is very complimentary of Karen’s body, and she loves the compliments. Jack says, “C’mon, let’s touch stomachs.” Karen rolls her eyes and tells him no, but then lifts up her shirt to touch his belly.
‘Will and Grace’ was so popular with audiences that NBC brought it back several years after the original series ended. The show won 18 Emmys and 83 nominations during its 11-year run. These clips will definitely remind you why.
