Lily is a goat raised to believe she was a cat. It started when Alexa of Friendly Fields Farms took Lily in after she was rejected at birth by her mother.

At five days old, Lily was only 2 pounds and not much bigger than a box of Kleenex. Alexa fell in love with her right away because she was so adorable.
After two weeks, Lily’s health improved, and she was given the freedom to explore the entire house on her own like a kitten.

Lily was fascinated with all the animals she saw and tried to befriend the rabbits. They weren’t interested in her, and she moved toward the cats instead. An older cat named Bean took Lily under his wing.
After that, Lily started acting like a cat and loved to curl up on a couch with Bean. She followed him everywhere and did whatever Bean wanted to do.

Alexa had to move Lily outside once she got bigger. Lily missed the house, so Alexa brought out some things that Lily loved to comfort her and make her feel at home.
Lily didn’t see Bean as much as before, but she enjoyed the company of other outdoor cats and curled up with them on her lawn chair. Alexa is grateful to have Lily because of the joy she brings to her life.
