If you’ve ever seen a football team, you’ve likely watched the impressive cheerleaders on the sidelines. Their purpose is to get the crowd going to bring a bit of encouragement to their team. You’ve never seen a cheer team perform anything like what you’re about to see.
In 2015, the Quince Orchard High School Pom Squad performed at a home game. Thankfully, their routine was recorded and uploaded online. Over the last few years, the footage has been viewed nearly three million times.
Just like any sporting event, you see the crowd start to get settled before the game begins. This pom squad is known for doing incredible things during their routines. The crowd waits in anticipation as everything begins to get exciting.
Dancing along to “I’ve Got A Feeling” by the Black Eyed Peas, the ladies raise their red pom-poms in the air. Using their other hand, they hold up a silver pom-pom. By dropping to the ground, they create an optical illusion, and the crowd goes wild. They continue to create these cool effects as their routine comes to a close.
