Watch this clip from ‘Frozen’ on Broadway and tell me if it’s better OR worse than the movie?

Frozen is a 2013 animated musical fantasy film by Walt Disney. The 53rd Disney animated film, the film is inspired by Hans Christian Andersen’s fairy tale “The Snow Queen”.

It tells the story of a brave princess who sets off on a quest alongside a sturdy iceman, his faithful reindeer, and a naïve snowman to find her missing sister, whose icy powers have unwittingly ensnared the kingdom in eternal winter.

When the newly-crowned Queen Elsa inadvertently uses her power to change things into the ice to curse her home in endless winter, her sister Anna teams up with a mountain man, his merry reindeer, and a snowman to alter the weather situation.

Encountering… well… Frozen-like conditions, magical trolls and the antics of the amusing snowman named Olaf, Anna and Kristoff battle the elements in a race to save the kingdom.

That’s it in a nutshell. The movie was an outstanding success. As a result of the sustained interest in the film despite the years, Disney has launched a new Broadway musical and now you can catch a rare glimpse of the performance here. FOR THE FIRST TIME ON TV: The Cast of Frozen on Broadway performs “For the First Time in Forever”.

This breathtaking clip details the Broadway extravaganza and gives us a sneak peek inside the show — without having to pay for the tickets! It’s definitely different. In my personal opinion, I think it would make a lovely show to catch after a nice night on the town and dinner with your spouse. It’s grown up, but still retains all of the magic of the original. But I know people have varying opinions. Watch and you tell me what you think.
