There are many homeless animals in the world. They live on the streets without the proper care, shelter, or food. Many of them don’t make it out alive due to the harsh conditions. This story revolves around a homeless cat that had no place to call home. So during one of her journeys, she wandered into a zoo; the Leningrad Zoo in St. Petersburg, Russia.
This little kitten somehow managed to get into an enclosure that was set out for a Eurasian Lynx. Their chance meeting developed into a beautiful bond. Rather than dominating and hurting the relatively smaller kitten, Linda the lynx became friends with her.
The zoo staff soon found out about the kitten, but they could not send her away. The kitten was named Dusja and she now stays at the zoo with her best friend. It’s been many years since they met, but this pair is still inseparable!
