When Cynthia and Randall Veselka had toured the Biltmore landmark castle, a 250-room marvel with 35 bedrooms, 65 fireplaces, & 43 bathrooms, they had dreamt of building a place similar to it. This is precisely what the couple did soon. The castle was named Chateau. V (as in V for Veselka).

Recently, Enes Yilmazer took his online followers on tour inside this spectacular 35-acre wooded lot in Evergreen, Colorado. The place represented jaw-dropping luxurious features, such as a vast central courtyard, a dozen windows, numerous turrets, and beautifully designed pitched roofs.

The castle has 6 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, and 21,692 sqft of interior space built on a 35.01-acre plot and is currently on the market for $11,999,000. It is located in a private gated community in the mountains of Evergreen, Colorado. From the street level, the house had a covered entry that led to the motor court on one side and to the wine cellar on the other.

If you face towards the home, you have two-car garages on the right, opening up to a tremendous circular motor court. As soon as you enter the property, you will see the beautiful marble flooring with the inlay design and two hallways taking you to each home wing.

The property has some of the best mountain views that you would ever find. It’s so quiet and relaxing that it feels as if you are in a secluded place amid nature. Chateau. V is only 40 minutes away from the heart of Denver.

The architects added 126 custom-made chandeliers, diamond-cut glass windows, and a limestone exterior wall to add to the property’s beauty. Figurines with a beautiful spiral staircase and a doggy spa were also there. It looked like a real-life fairy tale castle.

However, what truly made this house an architectural masterpiece was the jaw-dropping panorama view of Mount Evans from the property. The Chateau. V still had a surprise element, which was the 5,000-square-foot basement level. However, it was still under renovation. It seemed that Veselka had intended to create a movie theater or an entertainment complex.
