Keith Apicary is a distinct-looking fellow, with a balding head and long hair falling from the back of his head. He has large glasses and a sweater that is tucked into his jeans.
He’s waiting for his turn to perform on America’s Got Talent, and while waiting he talks to Terry Crews about himself. While others may call what he does dancing, he likes to refer to it as bodily maneuvers.
You can see him being playful and awkward with the set, even breaking one of the small lights temporarily. He keeps this up when he goes on stage too early and they send him back.
When he’s finally on stage he makes sure the judges know he doesn’t think he’s a dancer. When one of the crew tries to retrieve Keith’s mic, he doesn’t give it right away.
It creates a funny moment and builds tension causing the judges to push him to start dancing already. As soon as the song starts he moves his entire body with full control.
Some of the moves do look funny and they are meant to be, but he dances with clear skill and athleticism. He jumps on his hands a few times with his feet in the air.
By the end of his performance, the judges and audience are cheering for him. Then he falls off the edge of the stage and the judges get worried, but it was all part of the act.
