In the blistering heat of the summer there is nothing more refreshing than the Popsicle. They hit the spot just perfectly on a hot day. But did you know that humans are not the only ones that love a Popsicle on a hot day.
Dogs don’t have the ability to sweat, instead they pant. Due to this inability dogs can get dangerously overheated if the conditions are too hot. Dogs use the blood in their tongue to cool down their whole body temperature, so imagine how much cooler a delicious Popsicle would be over panting to air cool a dog’s tongue.
Is not a great idea to give dogs too much sugar but every now and again is fine. This puppy’s reaction to this delicious treat is simply adorable. You are not likely to find anything on the Internet as cute as this video.
