You’re going to have a big smile on your face when you see these two birds have fun! They are called Jonathan and Sadie, and they sure know how to groove! When the music starts, they get into battle and start dancing to the beat. Although Sadie seems way more into that Jonathan, I think they are both having a good time.
The song they are dancing to is “What is love?” by Haddaway, which, if you know the song, you know it is impossible for anyone to sit still when they hear it. Apparently, this parrot and this cockatoo feel the same way. Actually, the clip doesn’t say Sadie is a cockatoo, but I think she is. Sadie, the white bird, is really feeling the music and her enthusiasm is contagious.
Sadie, on the right side starts first, and looks at her friend asking him to join in. And when he does, it is awesome! You are going to love all this head-banging and wing-flapping! I’m sure you haven’t watched a dance-off like this ever! Jonathan is a little more reserved, but is definitely feeling the beat.
The bird’s enthusiasm spreads to their owners and when they start dancing, the birds seem pretty happy about that and their head bobbing gets even more exaggerated. I’m fascinated by birds’ love for music. I’ve seen so many birds dance on the internet and am always impressed at how well they can follow the beat of the music.
