The Olympics are a time of great importance in most countries. The competitors train daily, with a close eye on their diet and pushing their body to their physical limits. The fortitude and will power alone make the competition supremely challenging. It’s takes all they have and more. Years of training, years of spending day after day giving every ounce of dedication and every hour into their competing.
Usain Bolt is a household name. The Jamaican competitor didn’t just become this fast overnight! Ever since Bolt was in his teens, he’s had his eyes on excellence and winning medals. He was entered numerous competitions as well as numerous events. When he was young the events he was entered in was not only long jump and hurdles, but also due to his height, the high jump. Although after one hurdle competition he was gently nudged toward 100 and 200m sprinting. And thankfully so.
The thirty-year-old track star has broken world records in many events. Bringing home three gold medals in 2016, this world record breaking dynamo has really made a name for himself. Breaking and continuing to hold the record for the 100 and 200 m sprint.
This amazing kind and conscientious man was being interviewed. He has been called a legend. The fastest man alive gives Barry Allen a run for his money! With every competition, he gives it his all, he gives everything he must finish first and defend not only his titles, but his legacy.
With a staggering ELEVEN gold medals, Bolt’s desire to cement his legacy seems unnecessary. He’s already a staggeringly accomplished athlete with almost impossible records to shatter.
