No wild animal belongs in a cage. Many abide by this slogan. However, the entertainment organizations like circuses often hold wild animals captive and abuse them for the mere entertainment of humans. Most of the wild animals like lions are hunted and captured when they are young and trained in the cages.
This video features a lion who was living in captivity for 13 years and now he is finally being freed. This lion never felt the green grass or breathe fresh air before. However, with the help of some animal rescue organizations, this lion gets out of the cage for the first time in decades. His reaction when he touches the grass for the first time is simply tear-jerking. He is finally getting the freedom he truly deserves.
