Shelling peanuts can be one of those things that you’re highly effective at or can’t seem to grasp at all. Similar to how some people can whistle and some can’t, shelling peanuts isn’t always the most straightforward task.
Well, it’s not just humans that enjoy shelling peanuts by hand. Some people use a nutcracker to get to the good stuff. Others prefer to do so by hand. As it turns out, some bears excel at this.
This video of Randy, the bear, is genuinely fascinating. Randy is a certified professional at shelling peanuts. He even uses a systematic process to shell the peanuts and organize his work.
Meticulously picking up the peanuts with his house, cracking the shells, and then placing them to the side, Randy has excellent organizational skills that some of us would only dream of having.
You can tell that this bear really enjoys his peanuts. As bears are mostly known for eating fish such as salmon, Randy changes how we see a bear’s dietary choices.
All being done without using his hands would be difficult for any human to do this in the same way. It’s truly amazing to see this bear’s determination and patience to get his peanuts shelled.
Animals amaze us every day. Seeing the different things that they do is always fun and awe-inspiring. For Randy, the bear, he’s not short of being extremely skilled with his craftsmanship.
