Dietitians try to impress upon us the importance of eating a balanced diet, rather than going on fad diets where you starve yourself or something that your body needs. These ridiculous diets that deprive you of carbohydrates, or fats, or make you eat solely things that have been blended, are quite simply bad for your health.
Your body will have a hard time losing weight healthfully if you’re constantly feeling hungry. By constantly being under pressure to make a decision against what your body is craving is a recipe for failure. Before long you will cave in and eat those comfort foods.
