A street dog named Kupata loved to take care of children crossing the street in Batumi, former Soviet Republic of Russia. The little one, helping the kids walk across the street, had gained much attention online.
The street dog had made it a point to stop the cars while the kids were crossing the road. He wanted to ensure the children crossed the street safely and did this every day.
Kupata would get angry whenever a car crossed the crosswalks while the children were crossing the street. However, he took his job seriously and waited almost an hour for the children to settle in the park.
Kupata’s neighbors, Tamta & Beqa, realized that the doggo thought taking care of the children and the street was his job. He loved everyone, and everyone loved Kupata. Actually, the beautiful dog had a serious nature. He never went to any other streets.
The people in the neighborhood observed his kind and friendly nature a few years back and decided to take care of him. However, Beqa recently posted a social interaction of the doggo with the kids online.
He wanted to show everyone worldwide that stray dogs are kind and friendly. He wanted others to know that stray dogs needed help because not everyone is as lucky as Kupata to stay in a friendly neighborhood.
Everyone in the neighborhood fed the dog, which was why he looked so healthy. Kupata’s meaning in Georgian is sausage. The pup slept at a neighbor lady’s house, whom everyone called Nona. The neighborhood people wanted to show the world that stray dogs are responsible and loyal, and there was no need to be afraid of them.
