Awesome moment when ‘ordinary’ guy suddenly sings in the key of Andrea Bocelli

Shoppers in Dublin’s city center were swept off their feet when an unknown man joined a busker on the stage to perform the Italian version of Andrea Bocelli in Ed Sheeran’s ‘Perfect.’

This event happened when Allie Sherlock covered ‘Perfect’ to a gathering of people. Allie is one of Ireland’s known buskers. She has performed in Grafton Street and appeared on the Ellen DeGeneres Show.

While busking, Allie started the cover filling the part of Ed Sheeran. When she reached Andrea Bocelli’s moment, she had to do something. So, she pulled a man from the crowd to perform the Italian version.

Man singing

In her words, she said, ‘There’s a guy in the crowd over here who wants to sing the Andrea Bocelli piece, which is in Italian.’ As she strummed her guitar, the man strolled to the microphone.

Holding the mic tight, he swaggered into the melody and started singing. So passionate was his voice that the audience concentrated their attention on him. When done, the audience could not help but clap.

While the name of the man was not given, the rendition was captured and shared on YouTube. As of now, the video has been watched by millions of people with several comments.

One of the comments remarked on the magic of his voice, while another thought it was his passion that made the cover much more impressive. In all, music remains universal, and it’s beautiful to experience.
